It is owned by Destination Solomons Holdings Limited which is a private company incorporated under the Company Act (Cap. 175) on 25th August 2006 and re-registered under the New Company Act 2009 on 2nd June 2011.
The Company was originally named Destination Solomons Tourism Limited but is now renamed Destination Solomons Holdings Limited as of 17/04/13.
The Shareholders and Directors of Destination Solomons Holdings Limited are as follows:

- Rose A. Maelaua (Wife)
- Christina J. Setiano (Eldest Daughter)
Being a family owned business, the Shareholders and Directors are also involved in the Management of the business.
